No matter how much I loved a color of Buddy Belt, if Kristin was unable to get it for me, I would not purchase it. Her customer service is second to none, and her character is impeccable.
I love Buddy Belts. I feel safer with Katie wearing a Buddy Belt. Last summer a Boxer, who we saw almost daily on our walks, jumped out of the window of its home to run to Katie. Although I don't believe the dog was trying to harm her, the dog charged across the street and Katie surely would have been hurt because of the size difference. I was able to lift Katie up quickly using her Buddy Belt and turn my back away from the dog. The owner reached us at this point, and he was able to control his dog. He was hugely apologetic, and we were unharmed. It has not made Katie afraid of dogs, but she no longer barks at the Boxer when she sees it.
Enjoy them. Katie has a few of them, but I know I will purchase more in the future. |
