Good Evening,

My Wife and I became parents of a 7 year old Yorkie today. He was given to us by an owner who had him for 5 years. We were in the market to buy but the owner insisted on giving him away. When we picked him up today, he was fine. He was excited. We didn't think it would be a good idea to change is eating schedule or the type of food he eats so we didn't change either. However, we did give him some little chicken flavored Canine Carryout as a treat. We brought him home and he was fine.. Then he went for a ride with me to handle some business. He was never in the car for more than 30 minutes at a time. Although the total time he spent in the car all together between stops was about an hour or so. During the last trip home, he vomited in 4 places in the car and he has not moved since I brought him in. He has laid in one spot. He even used the rest room #1 and #2 and just laid there in it. He didn't get up to use it. All and all he has laid in the same spot for about 2 hours and will not stand on his own. I need help! If there was a 911 Vet I would call but there isn't one in my area that I know of. Can anyone give insight?
