Tell Mom to call ANIMAL CONTROL! Give AC breeder's address, name and everything else you know about the breeder. GET THOSE OTHER DOGS RESCUED please. That puppy mill must be stopped. YOU are the ones to save others from going thru the same thing and maybe worse -- losing their puppy. Hate it when puppy/kitty mills get away with this type of cruelty.
You do not have to give your name BUT it would be best to do so. Then they know you are not just making a nonsense call -- which would be checked.
