I made my boys' soft toys that they cannot destroy. The material is a tightly woven soft poly-cotton blend. I bought Kong squeakers and stuffing to put in them. They aren't pretty or fancy, but they have lasted years with my aggressive chewers.
Squares, tubes, and bone shapes. They love them for fetch and chewing.
