Dewclaws are naturally occuring in many breed of dogs. Double dewclaws which I assume you mean 2 dewclaws on one leg is fairly rare. I would seek advice as to why is it necessary to remove them? Is their position likely to interfere and or hinder the health of your dog? If so - how so? If there are two on each leg maybe you only need to remove one of them on each leg.
