Love New Puppy has Nystagmus

Purchased a Yorkie boy thay was acting a little "dizzy" which I assumed was from being in the car so many hours (car sick), well after being alone with him I knew instantly something was wrong. Although he played with me and seemed active and happy his head kept tilting and eyes weren't still. I could have called the breeder and asked for the brother instead or returned him but after much thought my Husband and I agreed to keep him the way he is and we named him Twitch. Specialist will be able to see him in 2 weeks so we will have him checked then, they specifically said not to worry unless his behavior changes. I'm not worried as he's eating extremely well and playing (also using the wee wee pads on his own). My question is does anyone have an older yorkie or experience with Nystagmus in dogs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know if others with this condition have had a good quality of life, a glimmer of hope is all we need! ❤️🐶
