Thank you all so much. I had read that too....that boys are more affectionate. But Yorkies are a very popular breed where I work and those with females said they were affectionate. I really wanted a little girl this time. Do all the pink with and bows/dresses.

Paisley does crawl up into your lap now. She's a face licker too. The breeder told me she would turn her head when she tried to kiss her. She doesn't do that with me. She'll let me kiss her right on her mouth then she kisses me back. Got to be careful or you'll get a puppy tongue in your mouth! We can go back and forth like that a few times. It's just weird that what the breeder told me about her hasn't held true. Which makes me wonder how much time was actually spent with her. We're very affectionate and loving towards our babies. The boys we've had were/are bigger babies. She's got that independent streak in her. it'll be interesting to see if it grows as she does.

I'll just keep on doing things as I've done so far.
