| [B]No question is silly to ask! :) [/B] It sounds like you are doing well with her and I wouldn't worry that she might not be an affectionate girl, she just needs time to adjust to her forever home with you
I would recommend you include in her bed some sort of toy or blanket that is her own. That way she will get her scent into it and that will create a greater feeling of security and peace for her which will inturn, make her naturally more at ease to feel your love and inturn, love you back even more 
She sounds SO precious, I can just see her cute little 2.5 pound body, brings back such fond memories of my second yorkie girl Chloe when she was that tiny
Hope you two continue to grow your deep love affair for one another, I have no doubt you both will, you sound like a very attentive yorkie Mom
