It usually only takes once for people to learn dogs and plants do NOT mix well! It is an expensive lesson, but most of the time, it isnt fatal, just painful and very expensive! I have dogs of all ages, all manners, all dispositions....the adventurous ones jump into the pots and dig the dirt out onto the floor....they pull the leaves off the bottom of the plant and throw them down where everyone else can enjoy all the excitement and confusion and fun!! My matriarch that used to actually "tell on" the bad behavior of the others, would actually bring me a leaf and drop it at my feet, then look at me as if to say, "better get in there! Those bat heads are getting into MAJOR trouble!" All plants were moved outside years ago, to the side yard, where dogs can not go....
