It was a traumatic event that I will never forget. That was 50 years ago, and it is as clear in my mind's eye as if it were yesterday. I am so sorry you experienced this event....it is very hard to see this happening to something or someone you love and adore.
Believe me they have not gotten any further with medical for dogs....I was not informed by anyone that my little guy had a heart problem of any kind. He had is annual Vet appointment 3 months earlier and not a word was said. I will tell you more later...I am at work now and every day I try to process this...as I know that all animal owners go thru the same tragic feelings when they loose their babies. I just fell that my guy experienced something horrible that could have been avoided (not that his time had not come,,,,maybe) but it could have been much easier for him. I am so mentally and emotionally shot.

Talk to you later....I love you all. Without the support of each other we would have very little.

Love and hugs
Tina
