Most people with dog allergies will find they are not allergic to yorkies, maltese and other dogs with no undercoat/dander. My friend really wants to get a yorkie but she's sometimes allergic to dogs. She came over to my house and started getting itchy. She took a Zyrtec and was fine, so you may have to do something like that. Just be certain that you are willing to live with allergies IF you do end up allergic and not end up giving the dog away bc of it. Make sure you are sure.
