How much of a gambler are you???!! I will gamble on just about anything that moves, but I do draw the line at my dogs or my child! I ADORE plants of all kinds...indoors and out side in my yard.......I remember years ago, a family member even told me I had so many houseplants, it looked almost like a funeral home! Well.......all my houseplants had to go when I got into breeding and raising these dogs....and the back yard has no plants in flower beds, except in a small area just inside the back gate that is additionally fenced off where the dogs can not go....some of these dogs would not touch a plant, but weighing the outcomes in case they do decide to eat the plant, I decided no plants were less expensive and traumatic for me and my pets!
