Yeah total ghost town! This is out my brother's window at his new apt. It's in the financial district so it's a nice neighborhood and not sketchy even at night. Can you imagine, his work is five miles away and still takes him 20 mins to get to work. That's why he moved out. He was in the suburbs w at my dad's house. Took him two hours to get to Beverly Hills and another two to get home. He was staying at work till 9 pm to avoid traffic.
