Sorry to hear Gabby is having diarrhea again. Anything different or unusual in her diet?
The immediate concern with diarrhea is dehydration. If her gums are pink and moist and she isn't lethargic, she should be fine tonight.
Plain pumpkin might help, but in some dogs like my Teddy can make things worse. He is better with a bland diet of chicken and rice, nothing else, for a couple days.
If the diarrhea continues, definitely see the vet again. Sending best wishes for your little girl.
