Hmm, is she drinking enough water? Lack of hydration may cause less urinating. Even though water is left out she may not be drinking it enough. Or she's really holding it in or may have some bladder/kidney issue. I'd check with the vet if she doesn't go properly soon. My girl when I take her out does sometime do this weird "dance" with her back legs as she moves when she pees. She's not squatting but she'll tinkle on and off. It might be that too.
