Phew glad to know. I kind of figured they were playing and I have talked to the lady at our daycare about it before and she assured me that dog play sometimes looks serious but it really isn't and I would get used to it. They do get super intense after a really long play session or a toy they both want. That is when I will step in and break them apart.
I keep a toy stick chew in bed with me for Mia since she loves to chew before bedtime. I like to compare it to me reading before bedtime lol Unfortunately Geno decides he wants it too, so I go and give him the second one we own and nope, he wants the one Mia has. So when Mia goes down the steps to eat or drink, Geno jumps in and takes it. She runs back up and sees her brother with it and growls ensue, lots of barking, Geno starts whining, then I have to take Mia and scratch her to get her to calm down. Gene gets nervous that she is gonna beat him up so he just holds the stuck between his paws, looks at her, and cries haha He's such a baby for a big brother. |
