Well Spice walks ,runs and jumps just fine. She hasnt favored her leg at all since that day. I dont understand . Is this something that comes and goes???
She has always appeared bow legged and it is so cute. But now I wonder.
My vet is one I have taken all my animals to for the last 20 years and she is a very caring wonderful lady. I just dont know if she has alot of experience with yorkies. They are a very special breed I have learned LOLOLOL |
It slides in and out of the socket, so one minute she is fine, the next minute she can be running and it will pop out of joint and she will limp....then it will slide back into place. I would not have surgery on this until it was rated #4....where it stays out and she is hopping around almost all the time. Time to repair it then.... Jumping from furniture or beds or platforms or decks, are usually the instigators of this....that is why breeders always stress do NOT allow your puppy to jump from heights....those little joints just can not take the pounds per square inch that is concentrated on those tiny joints....and if there is an issue of a shallow joint, it is not going to be good for that baby! But people always let their babies fly off the couch or bed, or any height they may be on....this is so detrimental to those tiny joints......
