I also use potty pads. I wake up once a night to take him he licks me when he needs to go. He's 7 months but I was getting up like 3 times when he was younger too. Thank goodness he's pee pad trained cause it would suck getting up at night to go outside especially now that its winter. I would suggest you get him potty pad trained if you don't like having to get up at night.
