Congratulations on your new baby! Glad to hear she feels comfortable enough eat.
Peeing -- might start out slow because of nervousness with a new environment. Are you using piddle pads or outdoor training?
I would count on her having to go when she first wakes up from sleep or a nap, and soon after she eats, and when anything gets her excited. With a small puppy, likely frequent trips.
Poop: anywhere from 2 to 3 times a day.
