Gee I never thought to use kotex lol, I used the plastic baggies only lol.
I had to put the Kotex in there to absorb the moisture that collects in the tightly wrapped plastic around the plugs! I also use doggie diapers, and then wrap Saran wrap around and around over the diaper, sealing out the rain/moisture.....and we used to cover the house/flower beds/shrubs in lights, and then rain, dew, any form of moisture would seep into the connections and out they would all go.....and we have car loads of people riding thru here looking at the lights!

I had seen those tiny little points of light all over a huge 2 story house in a subdivision across the blvd. from our addition...it was stunning and I investigated/researched and got some! GREAT for people that want pretty, yet quick and easy, no climbing on ladders involved, to get a beautiful effect! Been seeing them here in Houston for the last 2 years, slowly at first, but getting more and more popular!!
