Age alone shouldn't cause this. There are differing opinions on the need for a senior diet. The old school of thought said that seniors need less protein. The new thinking is that seniors need just as much.

I feed my boys Fromm Chicken a la veg. My Teddy will 6.5 years old. About once a year he has a bout of diarrhea that lasts 2 days. We've taken him to the vet each time and had bloodwork done just to make sure nothing else is going on. In his case, we think he picks things up on our walks because we are very cautious and limited with diet.

Best wishes for Chloe. Keep us posted.

She has not vomit since the first night. Now it is just mostly diarrhea. I wonder if she pick up something in this new area during her walk. One of my Yorkie friend suggested to give her baby food. What do you guys think? I worry Chicken and Rice are not enough food and nutrition for her. She has not eaten since late last night. And she is giving me the "Mommy, where is my food?" and with the puppy eye look...
