How long has she been healthy since her last tummy issue, is this ongoing or something?

She is usually very healthy and I am not sure what is wrong with her tummy lately. Her last tummy problem was just a month ago! And all my friends are telling me it is because of her age. However, no one thinks she is 9 years old with her energy.

I thought she was getting better yesterday with boiled chicken and rice diet until she was panting at 5AM this morning and alert me she has to go out.

So I have not feed her anything yet this morning and wanted to clear up her tummy.

I wonder if I should take her to vet or wait it out. And should I still feed her chicken and rice today? Or just give her water only?
