Just a heads up, yelp removes a lot of bad reviews if the reviewer isn't an actual customer, paying customer. Esp when it comes to pet stuff. I've had reviews removed even though I visited a place and found out they sold dogs and one starred them.
Also if your friends only have one or two reviews they will also be removed. It's not fair but that's how it is.
