You may want to try diapers on him. One of the families who adopted one of my fosters had a spot for senior dogs. They had one boy about Scrappy's age. Blind, could hardly walk, and couldn't control his bladder. They used newborn human diapers on him. Worked well until he passed in his sleep. I just worry about letting him go too early, or giving him up at that age to be put into foster care, which most likely would be permanent foster care.
