Sasha had the same surgery. I would suggest putting the cone on. While he may be doing good so far it only takes 60 seconds of you not paying attention and he can do some major damage to himself. IMO, it is not worth the risk. I hated seeing Sasha in the cone because she hated it. But I looked on it as a case of tough love. He will get through this and will be running like a gazelle again.
