[Zeus is Loved]

Well, we are on day 4 post Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease surgery. The orthopaedic vet removed his femoral head and neck last Friday. The joint was collapsing on itself. He is doing really well. The only problem we have is the confinement. He hates crates, so he is at work with me this week, and I'm off next week. He is also already putting weight on the leg on restroom trips, so we have to watch that as well. Glad this is over and will really be glad when we can do water therapy in the bathtub after the stitches come out.
