I finally got the results back from the lab where the vet sent her urine. She does not have any sediment or crystals in her urine. The vet thinks her urine is just so concentrated (which is great, he said) that it dries like that. The lab also said she has a low level of white blood cells which means she has a bladder infection so she is on antibiotics (Clavamox) for the next 7 days. He also took an X-ray and she does not have bladder stones.
