Sounds like you have a very challenging little one on your paws here. First and foremost, go to at least 2 levels of obedience training ASAP so you can learn how to communicate together.
Get this on Amazon for correcting only the most severe misbehavior:

Go for a LOT of walks.
And if necessary, talk to your vet about using some meds for calming / anti-anxiety.
