The other day I made stuffed green peppers and they were so delish. I have not made this dish since I was a vegetarian. But this recipe does call for meat in it.

Parsley garlic red pepper flakes salt n pepper 5 whole cloves of garlic. Beef stock balsamic vinegar diced tomatoes onions a dash of worchester sauce... Rice cooked and blended into the meat Meat was 1lb hamburger and 1/2 ground pork. Oh yes a cup of grated parmesan cheese.
