Sometimes, I just give chicken b/c the rice gets stuck on their hair.
But when I do add rice, I tend to give less so it's more like 70/30.
Make sure he gets enough fluid. Diarrhea/vomit will dehydrate and can open up a whole new can of worms. Do you have something like a first aid box for him? Not sure if you read this sticky but if you haven't, it's very informative.
