So my 3 month old little male Morkie (2.5lb) is having the weirdest thing happen to him, every time I take him out of his Playpen even if leaving him there for half an hour or so he becomes heavy and feels bloated.

When I gently press his belly he doesn't whelp, nor does he cry or whine when hes in the Playpen, after about an hour or less his body becomes small again.

I mean he literally feels like he put on another 3lbs within the hour, its really weird.

I noticed this happening after switching him slowly over to 'Royal Canin for Yorkie Puppies' food as recommended by his Vet. I also read somewhere that as he grows things start to change with his body and all, not sure though, so I am wondering if its the food or something else?
