Welcome to YorkieTalk, Lori. I had a dog that used to get lumps on his body and they turned out to be somewhat akin to a pimple people get. Of course, it's always best to have your vet take a look at it.
I've seen nothing about Milk Bone Dental causing problems, and more than one person on this thread has said they don't believe they're problematic.
But you'd be more likely to get more responses if you posted your own question and started a new thread rather than asking on this one that was started by someone else about the loss of their pup. Alternately you can use the website's search function to look for specific information on a topic you're interested in.
Of course, if your dog has a lump, as I mentioned before, it's best to get a vet's opinion. If it did turn out to be something serious, the earlier it's caught the better. I've found, however, that while I'm waiting for a vet to open, this forum can give me information and comfort.
So post your question in the forum (starting your own thread) and keep us posted on your pup.
