How can I help avoid my morkie (half Maltese half yorkie) from getting year stains on her coat? Is there any recommended products that I can use on my Morkie to get her tear stains out?

Sadie is my two year old Morkie. She looks more Maltese than yorkie. When it began to warm up in NJ, I decided to get Sadie's hair cut short, as she loves going on long walks outside around the neighborhood, at a variety of local parks, and a few trails in the local woods. Her long hair was making her hotter so I decided to get her hair cut short. She looks even cuter with her short hair. It also helps with brushing her hair too.
