How old is Sadie? Whether she is a pup or older, a general obedience class would be a good place to start. Start training at home every day. Does she know any commands like sit? YouTube videos are a great place to learn how to train.
I advocate positive reinforcement training especially for Yorkies. Make training a fun game. My boys respond much better to praise and treats (we use their kibble for rewards).
