 Talked to the vet about it
My good "old school vet" that I went to see this morning for a 2nd opinion on my little boy's condition told me..." that is how he gets away with this crap.....he lives way out of the city limits"......get where I am going here?
I am so glad I went for the second opinion with him this morning before going and forking out 600.00 for an ultrasound and consultation with this specialist that the first vet pushed me off to........There is no need for me to do that, I can clearly see in the xrays myself that his little heart is enlarged......@*(#_$
Come to find out, the vet that wanted me to go to this Texas A&M specialist , is a share holder in the clinic.........just like some people doctors pass patients off to their "buds" for this test or that test......it is just a rip off. There is nothing that can be done for my baby, NOTHING! They just want me to pay for their research???? I don't think so!
Plus, after being told all this today......we ( my old vet and I ) are going to keep a watchful eye on this and treat it as it is needed, and he said "aggressively if needed".......? I am so mad, sad.......just everything sucks today! |
