Hello...need some advice from yorkie mom's and dad's out there....

I adopted an approx 9 year old yorkie with stomach issues. A few weeks ago I had to take to the vet for diarrhea....she had no fever and no parasites. She was put on Hills Prescriptioni Diet Digestive Care. She has been eating well, her poops also improved but still not as firm as I would like. Anyway, a few days ago her poop started to change a little loose, then normal, and very thin. Saturday Dec. 5 she was fine but did not want to eat...I tried feeding her by hand and she took a few bites. I gave her one tsp of nutravet anti-D hoping it would help...maybe I made it worse....
So this morning I tried a little cheese and she went for it, so I hand fed her some prescription food, I added for the first time Digestive Enzymes....she has vomited twice this morning...thinking it's the enzymes...she is not a vomiter her problem before taking her to the vet has been loose stool. If this continues by tomorrow I will take her to the vet. She has never been active dog, she has been sleeping but her eyes are bright and she seems alert.
