If it were me, I think I'd be feeding boiled chicken with either white rice or white potato....for about a week or until he stabilizes and starts to seem more himself. You def need him to eat right now if he has an infection. I would not go shopping for a new food at this point as this could really screw up his GI further, ya know what I mean?
