So glad the trip home was better. Both of mine use to get car sick until I got a car seat I was so sure that they would still get sick that I took the fuzzy cover off the car seAt and covered the foam part with a large plastic garbage bag. They haven't been car sick since!
Even now I still carry wipes, paper towels, garbage bags and dry shampoo just in case
