He does like to bite hands a lot so I like to say he's "all bite and no bark" lol I am actually happy about this because I can take him to the movies if I really wanted too because I know for sure he would not make a peep, but it would be nice if he alerted us if someone was at the door and we didn't hear the bell. All he does is run towards the door. Is anyone elses yorkie quiet like this?
haha..oh man. I laughed out loud. I thought this about my Scottie, that he must not be the typical yappy yorkie. From 5 months when I first got him until about 10 months, he was amazing, never barked. My bf's family even asked if he was a mute. I was so happy about it.

And then he discovered his voice. He now lets people and dogs know when he doesn't like them, barking profusely when we take walks. It's embarrassing
I've tried re-training him to walk without barking. He has his good days and his bad days. It's funny though, because he barks at some people I also feel questionable when I take him out at night for his last pee.

Best wishes to you and hope yours stays relatively quiet!!
