 Colitis?
In her first post the OP does admit her dog has had some sensitive stomach issue ongoing. She said the recent vet diagnosis is colitis. Agreed, it would be important to know what tests or exams were done to come to that conclusion.
The past issues seemed to be sensitivity to certain commercial foods.
Until there is a proven diagnosis by test evidence, I see no reason not to give the dog a Prescription food for sensitive stomachs.
Is colitis not a real diagnosis, I thought it was but I could well be wrong.
