 Signs of Aggression??
Since having company in my house over the past month Sadie seems to be displaying signs of aggression. She has been the most docile of dogs in the 2 1/2 years of her little life. Suddenly after my company came she will snap at you if you accidentally poke her when she is sleeping. She does not hurt, but if you don't move your hand right away she will nip you. It has only happened 3 times in the month, but like I said she never showed any signs of aggression in the past.
Then when I was visiting a house full of relatives at Thanksgiving, she was VERY docile and submissive with the 10 mos old baby, but when the 6 year old squished her a little bit when he hugged me, she opened her mouth like she was going to bite him. He giggled and said she kissed him, so none of us really know what happened as it all happened so fast.
How do I stop this behavior before she becomes aggressive? In general she is the sweetest dog I have ever known. Loves everyone!!! |
