Cody is adopted, he was not use to being in cars, he would get car sick every time. I got him a booster seat that is completely suspended OFF the passenger seat. There is a strap that goes around the head rest and one goes around the back of the seat. It has a tether for safety and can be adjust for height. Cody is a big boy at 12 lbs, so I got him a size large so he can lay down for naps. He can see out of the window, he has never gotten sick since we has this seat.
