To me it looks like something has been going on for at least a couple of years...maybe off and on, but something.

Again, what diagnostics has the vet done? It might be helpful to get a diagnosis Iif there is one...(if not, then RX food would not necessarily be needed) and then figure out what food to feed. Just a thought....
we have quite a few members with yorkies who have IBD. I personally have 3 who are on diets for it.
