We have a lot in common!! When I was younger, I did the same thing! Rescue and barrel racing and pole bending! You should come sign up for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo....you will meet all kinds of really neat horse lovers, participating in all kinds of events! Can learn a lot!! Used to love cutting out calves and team roping events..... Then went into dressage.....loved that.....then got into Arabian horses, raising and showing them.....those Arabian horse classes are spectacular, especially the native costume events!....You should check out participating in the Rodeo in February/March next year!
