Lol yeaa I've done that to Beowulf a couple of times (picked him up and put him in the middle of the pad) he doesn't like that either he gets confused. Maybe your dog doesn't like to pee on the same spot as your other dog? Or maybe take him to the pad every hour and place him in the middle of it and don't let him leave until he goes. That way you can correct him.
