To be totally honest...if it were me, I'd abort the pups ASAP...this poor little girl is SO young and believe me, you do *not* want to jump into breeding in this manner, if ever at all. I would never, ever put my babies' lives at risk via breeding...I'll leave that to the experts.
Keep your girl safe, let her be just a beloved pet, get her spayed asap, and don't add to the pet over population that currently results in 3-4 million pets being euthanized every single here in the US.
