Default Housebreaking old Yorkshire Terrier

our Yorkie is 12 years old, and she has always had an issue with housebreaking. At times she can be good, but lately it is getting worse. We just moved to a brand new house, and she's already had two accidents. We try to keep an eye on her all the time and take her out whenever she shows signs (or every 2-3 hours). The problem is that she sleeps with us at night in the bed, and leaps down in the middle of the night to relieve herself on the carpet before we wake up to realize what has happened. This used to be a non-issue as she'd sleep through the night, but waking up at 3 or 4 in the morning seems to be a common occurrence now. Kennel training hasn't worked the few times we've tried, as she always pees in her kennel. I know they say most dogs don't like to go where they sleep, but this one has no problem with it! We gave up after a few days of trying, but not sure if we should return to this and do it for a longer period of time to see if she adjusts. We could keep her in a bathroom or laundry room when we need to keep her alone, but there is always an accident when we return. We are at our wit's end, so if any one has any suggestions we'd really appreciate it!

We are contemplating a strict eating/drinking routine, but not sure how much water we should give her. Does anyone have any schedules that work well for Yorkie's?
