Why not keep her on the raw as she kept that down before? She should not eat the big dog's kibble as it seems to make her sick.
As for throwing up the Yorkie food, it could have been all digested in the night leaving her with an acidy empty stomach. The Yorkie food MAY be ok and it was the empty tummy that was the issue.
My dog used to throw up bile in the early morning so my vet suggested I give him Pepcid at night with his last small meal, with me it was 8 pm, and he was fine next morning.
I can suggest the dose if you want me too (or you could look on the web) , but it would be better if you asked the vet if Pepcid is ok and what dose. ( I give a 1/4 of a 10 mg tablet))
Hope this helps, but of course there may be some other issue that you could find out from another vet visit.
