Lisa, Sugarmamma, and her girls Sugar and Curri are the champion electric toothbrush users. She uses the Sonicare, which I cannot live without for myself. Some dentists recommend the Braun. Those are the 2 best.
I have been trying unsuccessfully to use the Sonicare with my boys, using the softest head. They hate the sound.
