Bunnyghourl It in not your fault this is happening you can not control your brother you are 15. The more you show him it bothers you the more he will do it I think he is trying to get a rise out of you and from his stand point it's working if this happens again pick up your dog kiss and love on him go give him treats play with him in the yard. Try not to show him you are upset. If your dog knows you are upset he will be also and if your brother isn't getting you upset he may stop.
